Welcome to Askisi! Specializing in Bodybuilding, Military Prep, and Weight Loss Transformation

At Askisi LLC, I specialize in weight loss, bodybuilding, competition prep, and first responder fitness training while helping clients of all experience levels build strength, confidence, and long-term health. Although I primarily work with men and women between the ages of 35–55, I welcome anyone who is ready to improve their fitness, health, and overall quality of life.

My approach is centered on education, sustainability, and real-world results. Whether your goal is stepping on stage for competition, improving job performance as a first responder, losing weight, building muscle, or simply becoming healthier, I create personalized programs designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.

I believe training should empower you beyond our sessions. My goal is to help you become comfortable walking into any gym with the confidence and knowledge to continue training successfully on your own. I continually expand and upgrade my knowledge to better serve every client and stay current with proven training, nutrition, and wellness strategies.

Askisi LLC offers both in-person and online coaching, providing flexible support and accountability no matter your schedule, experience level, or location.

I understand the frustration of spending too much money on programs and meal plans that just don’t work. These one-size-fits-all solutions rarely lead to lasting success because everyone's body is different. That’s why I focus on crafting personalized plans tailored specifically to your individual needs—whether it’s building muscle for bodybuilding, prepping for the military, losing weight, or just feeling better about your body. We put in the time and effort to develop programs that work for YOU, and we fine-tune them as you progress.

My goal is simple: To get you where you want to go! Whether you want to pack on muscle, excel in military fitness tests, or completely transform your physique, we're here to make that happen. Not only do we want to see you succeed, but we aim to equip you with the knowledge you need to continue progressing on your own. After completing an 8-12 week program, you’re more than welcome to keep working with us, but our ultimate goal is to help you become self-sufficient and confident in continuing your fitness journey independently.
